What is the Arizona Herding Association?

Arizona Herding Association (AHA) is a non-profit organization. Its objective is to promote herding among all breeds through both education and competition. We hold combined business meetings and work days every other month (January, March, May, July, September, and November) and work days in the alternate months (February, April, June, August, October, and December). AHA sponsors an American Kennel Club licensed herding trial and an American Herding Breeds Association sanctioned trial each year. Locations for meetings, workdays, trials, and other events vary and are announced in the newsletter.

Full voting memberships may be either individual or family (two or more individuals residing together). To join, a person must attend three AHA events. Newsletter subscriptions are included with full memberships. Newsletter subscriptions are available separately for a fee to non-members.
